Welcome to Surf City Image. We are a portrait photography studio based in Kailua-Kona, we service West Hawaii Island.
Are you looking to book a portrait session?
We offer portrait sessions for families, maternity, seniors (graduation), surprise proposals, engagement sessions, couples, boudoir, underwater, personal, business, and any occasion you’d like to celebrate. Both in our studio and at any number of our beautiful beaches on Big Island.
Team DewDrop. The Roy family had an amazing time doing a photo shoot with Cheryl. Definitely one of our favorite things we did. It was such a bonding experience for our family. Cheryl made my daughter feel so comfortable and special during her mermaid photo shoot. We all felt lighter and happier.
Madison J. Cheryl is a true professional, her patience, attention to every detail, and her amazing skill in using any lighting was unprecedented. We had a family session booked with her (including our 1 year old) and she exceeded all of our expectations. It is literally impossible to take a good family shot with toddlers but Cheryl did an outstanding job. Highly recommend, and we would go to her for any occasion. Last but not least, she was prompt both with her email correspondence as well as producing the final product.

We did an underwater shoot and Cheryl thought of everything we’d need to be comfortable. If you’re getting pictures done in Hawaii I could not recommend Surf City Images more!!
